(1) Training objectives
Demonstrate the scenario of a simulated human falling from a high altitude, allowing students to experience the impact force of the simulated human falling on the ground, understand the harm of falling from a high altitude to the human body, and the importance of taking safety measures for high-altitude operations, deepening their deep understanding of the importance of seat belts.
(2) Training subjects
High altitude falling (i.e., placing a simulated person at an appropriate position under a high-altitude corridor platform, causing them to rapidly fall and directly impact the ground), this project can be tested together with high-altitude walking sensation for high-altitude falling experience testing.
(3) Implement functions
Develop a simulated human with an impact force sensor and hang it in a suitable position below the high-altitude corridor platform. The sensor device is connected to the rope. During the experience, trainees control the device to make the simulated person fall rapidly. When the person falls directly to the maximum limit of the rope, the impact force sensor on the simulated person automatically measures the huge impact force of the simulated person's fall and displays it in real time on the large screen, making trainees aware of the harm of high-altitude falling to the human body and the importance of taking safety measures for high-altitude operations.
Develop a rapid fall device and fix it under the high-altitude corridor mentioned above. Trainees wear backup protective ropes and connect their seat belts to the rapid fall device. The training instructor controls the rapid fall device on the ground to make the trainees fall rapidly. Finally, under the protection of the seat belt, the trainees' bodies are suspended, experiencing the impact of the seat belt and deepening their understanding of the importance of seat belts.
Safety protection measures: Develop a movable safety protection net, and when students experience falling from a high altitude, arrange the safety protection net below.
(4) Equipment layout
1)Prepare two simulated falling objects, hang them one by one, with an interval of about 10 meters, and the surrounding area can accommodate 10-20 students for training and observation.
